St. Andrews School in Malahide has a fundraiser every year for Temple Street Children's Hospital. Gina orders a cake, every year, for the raffle. I love making them and they are given as gifts as it is a great hospital.
It was so close to Easter this year it had to be the Easter bunny. Everything except the whiskers is edible and the cake itself is a tall 6" chocolate biscuit.
