Carole asked that I make this carved chocolate biscuit cake for her husband's recent birthday celebrations. There were a couple of things I needed to include: their children (crawling all over him, as kids do whenever you try and relax), Pint of Guinness, iPad, and a reference to Second Captains, his favourite podcast. Everything is edible and handmade.
