Huge learning curve on this one for me. Had such fun though as Ged, my client, was as excited as I was about making such a cool shoe.
The cake is an 8" x 10" vanilla sponge topped with a Jimmy Choo Escape sandal made entirely from sugar, completely edible.
The entire cake was made to celebrate the lovely Nina's 40th birthday.
