Turns out I hadn't posted it yet. This is a 12" carved chocolate fudge cake for one of our regular clients. We had hoped to do a caricature cake but time wasn't on our side. Instead I came up with this. Everyone was delighted, especially me as I was nervous in case it went wrong. It didn't.
