We had hoped to do a caricature cake for Helena but the image wasn't good enough and we ran out of time. Yesterday evening we decided on this cake. It's one I'm definitely going to make again as, while I really like this one, I know I can do better. The cake is a 12" sculpted chocolate fudge cake covered in fondant.
