Okay, so Raspberry and White Chocolate is back. I swore NEVER AGAIN but you've asked and asked. Also, I'm thinking this is Salted Caramel's final outting. Shall let you know or you can let me know what you think. Also, we'll have at least 3 additional flavours for Saturday - Bernie's back from holidays and she's another of the Donabate Bakers.
On Friday and Saturday's Cup cake Menu we have:
Vanilla Fudge
This is our classic Madagascan vanilla bean cupcake topped with a Belgian Chocolate Frosting
Chocolate Raspberry
This is made in honour of Mo’s auntie who gave her the recipe. It is a gorgeous Belgian chocolate and raspberry cupcake topped with Belgian chocolate and raspberry buttercream.
Raspberry and White Chocolate
A traditional summer favourite, a perfect combination of fresh, tart raspberries and white chocolate. Topped with a light and fluffy vanilla frosting.
(Un)Salted Caramel
Our classic vanilla bean cupcake topped, this time, with Caramel Buttercream, dulce de leche and, should you want, a sprinkle of sea salt, trust us it really is delicious.
The Classic - Vanilla
Our classic vanilla bean cupcake topped with a creamy vanilla buttercream frosting. We added the flake for a summer feel.
Lemon Vanilla / Vanilla Lemon?
Our classic vanilla bean cupcake brushed with lemon syrup before having home made lemon curd dolloped on top and THEN topped with a delicious vanilla frosting.
Easter Special – Creme Egg
Again, our delicious chocolate fudge cupcake only this time it’s topped with a marshmallow and buttercream frosting AND there is a mini creme egg cracked open on top.
Cherry Cola
An 80’s classic. Cherry Cola chocolate cake with cherries baked inside It’s also topped with a delicious light and fluffy frosting and has a cherry on top.
Strawberry Shortcake
A fluffy little vanilla cupcake, filled with a fresh strawberry puree and topped with a decadently rich strawberry frosting.
