Balbriggan Fish and Farmer's Market - 15th April


On today’s Cupcake Menu we have:

Snickerdoodle
Niamh’s favourite.  This is a gorgeous cinnamon cupcake topped with a light cinnamon cream cheese frosting.

Chocolate Raspberry
This is made in honour of Mo’s auntie who gave her the recipe.  It is a gorgeous Belgian chocolate and raspberry cupcake topped with Belgian chocolate and raspberry buttercream. 

Zingy Raspberry and Lemon
A traditional summer favourite, a perfect combination of fresh, tart raspberries and lemon.  Topped with a light and fluffy lemon and raspberry buttercream – that colour comes from fresh raspberries!

Chocolate Peppermint
A cup of chocolate cake topped with a delicious white chocolate and peppermint frosting.

Earl Grey with Lemon
The delicate bergamont flavour of Earl Grey tea will intensify with every bite here.  Topped with a delicate, light lemon buttercream frosting..

(Un)Salted Caramel
Our classic vanilla bean cupcake topped, this time, with Caramel Buttercream, dulce de leche and, should you want, a sprinkle of sea salt, trust us it really is delicious.

The Classic - Vanilla
Our classic vanilla bean cupcake topped with a creamy vanilla buttercream frosting.  We added the flake for a summer feel.

Lime and Coconut
Our classic vanilla bean cupcake brushed with a lime syrup before being topped with a lime frosting.  Sprinkled with coconut.  Another summer favourite.

Peanut Butter
There is nothing to say here other than Peanut Butter rocks.

Fluffernutter
Concpt: concept. Peanut butter cupcake, frosting made with marshmallow Fluff!!!  Can’t go wrong really.
