Because of the market I've been making more cupcakes than ever. Today I decided to try my hand at carrot cupcakes. I took these to my kickboxing lesson to see if they'd slow our instructor down (it didn't) but everyone seemed to like them. Always good to find new tasters.
Was at the same kickboxing class as Niamh and was one of the lucky ones to get a carrot cupcake. OMG I was in heaven the most fabulous cup cake ever. You haven't had cake until you've had one from the perfectionist confectionist.
