Balbriggan Fish and Farmer's Market

Wowsers.  I don't know if anyone attention to the weather in Dublin today but it was mental.  Wind gusting in the craziest fashion.  Because of that crazy wind we went underground in the Bracken Court Hotel Car Park for our Market today.
Three cheers for the brave souls who came and found us all.  Especially those of  you who came to buy from us. Brrrrr.  Don't like being underground.  Not one bit.  Day was made better though by some beautiful fish from Paul and Derek and some lovely cakes from Nathalie and Julie.
Oh, and . . . . . we're planning on adding another string to our bow.  Looks like we'll be taking part in one of the Malahide Markets from next weekend, that's the 13th, not this weekend coming.  If that were the case I'd be running around like a crazy tired woman.
At this market we're going to leave the cupcakes behind (they already have two fantastic cupcake makers) and we're going to be making biscuits (cookies if you're Mo), buck eyes, chocolate biscuit cake, banana bread and so on.  The quest for a holiday continues.
