Balbriggan Fish and Farmer's Market - 25th February

Ginger with Lemon and Honey:  Gingerbread cupcakes, delicious and spicy, topped with Mo's quirky lemon and honey frosting.
Chocolate Peppermint:  A perfect cup of chocolate cake topped with a delicious white chocolate and peppermint frosting.
Snickerdoodles: These are delicious.  A moist, cinnamon-y piece of heaven!!  Topped with a delicious, light cream cheese and cinnamon frosting.
Raspberry and White chocolate:  A perfect combination of fresh, tart raspberries and sweet, creamy white chocolate buttercream.
Lemon Meyer:  Fresh lemon cupcakes made with really plump, juicy lemons for maximum zing.  Topped, and filled no less, with delicious lemon curd before being doused in icing sugar.
Jaffa Orange:  Chocolate Orange!  Is there really anything else to say here?  Belgian Chocolate and delicious orange 
topped with a light orange frosting.

Coffee: We're only making 12 so if you want them you've got to let us know!!  Either way, it's a small coffee cake topped 
with coffee buttercream.

Vanilla: Last week we didn't do these and upset everyone.  This is a classic cupcake topped with a vanilla bean frosting.

Chocolate Raspbery:  This is this week's wildcard.  A chocolate raspberry cup and . . .. well, you tell us.
