The lovely Trish of Jungle Flowers in Malahide didn't actually want a cake, didn't want to be the centre of attention to be exact. She is famed for ALWAYS washing the floors so, despite being a very glam woman, it was decided that she would get a pretty mop and bucket. This cake is actually 3 x 8" cakes high, covered in fondant after being triple layered with buttercream.
The water is piping gel and the pop is modelling paste. A hard cake to transport!
