I have got cakes to post. Even more by the time New Year rolls by but in the meantime here's a picture of the red velvet cupcakes we made for the Balbriggan Christmas Market today. We made red velvet, vanilla chocolate, chocolate chocolate (yep), snickerdoodles, rolled cinnamon and sugar and . . . am too tired to think of what else we made. It was fantastic and thanks to everyone who came to see us and say hello.
Your cupcakes are just stellar, absolutely fabulous! I really like the wreaths, I might sneak that into my collection next Christmas! xo
