10" Chocolate Fudge Cake. This was made for my son Arthur who came down with a tummy bug and wouldn't allow anyone to cut it for four days. Even though we tell people that our cakes are good for up to five days one is never entirely sure. I can promise this cake was utterly delicious FIVE days after it was baked and assembled.
