Ten inch, chocolate fudge cake, fed with tia maria to keep it moist and then covered in fondant. The picture is a charicature of Daniel. He is a huge Superman fan and rather than go down the obvious route of making a square cake with the Superman logo I found a company who would draw him, and have him printed on icing. An absolutely huge hit with all involved.
