This is a triple chocolate cheesecake, baked. I don't think I have ever tasted anything as luscious, to the extent I haven't made it in over a year. The base was chocolate digestive with something like 900g of chocolate in the cream cheese mix, topped with 500ml double cream and chocolate sauce. It is delicious but . . . has to be bad for you.
