Malteaser Magic I

This is a 10" chocolate biscuit cake.  As you can see it is for a fortieth birthday.  The stars are made from Mexican Modelling paste and can be eated.  The cake contains, Belgian Couvetture Chocolate, Rollos, Biscuits (we use gingernuts and digestives), crunchie and malteasers.  Not to mention butter and golden syrup.  Completely decadent and bad for the hips but absolutely divine.
